Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS), Western Australia, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced graphic designers to develop new, high-quality GRAMS artwork incorporating Aboriginal art, cultural elements and/or meaningful messages that reflect the GRAMS Values.
The design will be used to represent GRAMS and its commitment to Aboriginal health, wellbeing, community, culture and service excellence.

Artwork Requirements
The successful graphic designer will be expected to develop artwork that:
- Reflects the GRAMS Values of Respect, Empowerment, Excellence, Compassion and Accountability
- Incorporates Aboriginal art, cultural elements and/or meaningful messaging
- Is culturally appropriate and respectful to the Yamatji people of the Murchison region of Western Australia
- Has strong visual impact and a “Wow Appeal” at first glance
- Is suitable for use across GRAMS promotional materials, including T-shirts and other merchandise
- Demonstrates creativity, originality and a strong understanding of Aboriginal cultural representation
- Provides artwork that can be adapted for digital and print applications

- Geraldton Main Clinic – Rifle Range Road
- Transition Care Program – Holland Street
- Mt Magnet Clinic
- Gascoyne Outreach Service (GOS) Clinic
- GRAMS Perth Office
Eligibility
To be considered for shortlisting, applicants must:
- Demonstrate previous experience designing high-quality artwork, particularly T-shirt designs incorporating Aboriginal art, cultural elements and/or messaging
- Provide examples that demonstrate creativity, originality and strong visual appeal
- Demonstrate an understanding of appropriate Aboriginal cultural representation, particularly in relation to the Yamatji people of the Murchison region
- Hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be awarded the artwork design project and will receive a total payment of $10,000 AUD for the agreed scope of work.
The $10,000 payment will cover the agreed artwork design services and deliverables. Final artwork requirements, concepts, revisions, file formats and usage arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant prior to commencement.
Evaluation & Selection
All submitted artwork samples and Expressions of Interest will be assessed by a GRAMS Judging Panel, which may include the GRAMS Chief Executive Officer, Board Members and GRAMS Managers.
Applications will be assessed against the following key criteria:

✦ Creativity and visual impact
✦ Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal art and cultural representation
✦ Appropriateness to the Yamatji community and Murchison region
✦ Ability to reflect the GRAMS Values through visual storytelling
✦ Proposed timeframe and capacity to deliver the project
✦ Value for money and overall suitability for the project
