Geraldton Child Health Nurse

The Child Health Nurse provides a range of health and support service for children and their parents/carers to give every child the best possible start in life, up to the age of 5. Walk ins are available on Wednesday mornings for immunisations.

Services can include:

• Targeted growth and development checks
• Nutritional information and ongoing feeding support
• Maternal mental health advice
• Parenting advice and support
• Parent education and counselling
• Immunisations
