About The Role
Join the Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS) at Gascoyne Outreach Service (GOS) in Carnarvon as an Enrolled Nurse. Working as part of the clinical team, you will support the delivery of holistic primary healthcare, including:
- Patient triage and routine clinical observations
- Wound care, blood collection and ECGs
- Assisting with immunisations under RN supervision
- Supporting health checks and chronic disease management
- Patient recalls and follow-up care
- Health education and promotion
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in Communicare
- Supporting infection control and cold chain management
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Appropriate nursing registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture, health and related issues
- A commitment to culturally safe and respectful healthcare
Selection Criteria
Essential:
- Police Clearance
- Working with Children Clearance, or ability to obtain
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
