Join the Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS) – Gascoyne Outreach Service (GOS) and help improve health outcomes for Aboriginal people across the Gascoyne region.
As our Aboriginal Liaison & Outreach Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients to access culturally safe healthcare, coordinating appointments and referrals, advocating for patients, and building strong partnerships with communities and health providers. This role is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people through compassionate, culturally appropriate care.
What we're looking for:
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for improving Aboriginal health outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current unrestricted driver's licence (essential)
