As the first point of contact for our clinic, you'll help ensure every client feels welcomed, respected and supported while working alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team committed to improving health outcomes.

About the Role

As our Medical Receptionist, you'll:

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and respect.
• Manage appointments, phone enquiries and client records.
• Provide administrative support to our clinical team.
• Assist with Medicare and Communicare processes.
• Help keep our busy clinic running smoothly every day.
• Build positive relationships with clients, staff and community members.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in medical reception or a similar administrative role.
• Delivers outstanding customer service.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Can multitask in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Works well independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Values confidentiality, professionalism and culturally respectful care.

Desirable

Experience with:

• Communicare
• Medicare billing
• Medical terminology
• RACGP/AGPAL accreditation processes
