Gascoyne Outreach Service (GOS), part of Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS), is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in Carnarvon.

About the Role
Reporting to the Clinic Coordinator, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare and clinical nursing services.
- Conduct health assessments, immunisations, chronic disease management, and wound care.
- Deliver health education and health promotion activities to individuals and the community.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to quality improvement and continuous service development initiatives.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience working in an Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS) or Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO).
- Previous experience in primary healthcare and chronic disease management.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and a commitment to culturally safe healthcare.
- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal health issues and their impact on health outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience using Communicare or a similar patient management system.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence.
- National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
