About the Role

The Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS) – Gascoyne Outreach Service (GOS) is seeking a Remote Community Connector to join our team in Carnarvon.

This role requires the ability to show initiative while working collaboratively with and on behalf of local and remote community members — providing relevant information and connecting people with disability and their families to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Coordinator.

Key Requirements

Knowledge of the local Indigenous community is essential.

Experience working with local Indigenous communities is desirable.

Practical Requirements

  • Hold a current National Police Clearance.
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Clearance.
  • Hold a current unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
  • Be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing as required.
