The GRAMS Murchison Outreach Service mission is to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander better access to primary health care and diabetic education. Our outreach service travels to Cue, Yalgoo and Pia Wadjarri to engage and support our patients living in remote WA.
We are actively exploring opportunities to expand our service footprint throughout the entire Murchison region and Gascoyne area.
