GRAMS currently employs over 150 across 4 sites, Geraldton (Rifle range Road & Holland St) Mt Magnet and Carnarvon; of which over 90 work full time. The rest work part-time or in casual roles. Over 60% are Aboriginal and over 30% are non-Aboriginal working in various roles, including Aboriginal health workers, nurses, doctors, receptionists, program coordinators and administrative staff.
