GRAMS Carnarvon Health Promotions Team meeting
The Health Promotions Team from the GRAMS Gascoyne Outreach Service recently held a multicultural long table luncheon as a team-building activity to improve collaboration and facilitate discussions between staff members.
Team building is an important part of GRAMS’ strategic plan in creating a positive workplace culture to effectively create positive community health outcomes.
Regular team building activities help to foster positive teamwork and create opportunities for employees to work together and improve internal communication.
The Carnarvon team is looking forward to working together to achieve the GRAMS vision in the new financial year.
